The Porcupine Quill is a place to share perspectives. If a cube is only viewed from one side, five perspectives are missing. This blog tries to be open to various perspectives, to create understanding, so that tolerance can grow.
My name is Audrey Ashcraft and I recently completed my PhD courses in the field of Industrial-Organizational Psychology. I am currently working on my dissertation. While growing up, my family moved frequently and even lived overseas. It wasn’t until I was over forty years old that I lived somewhere longer than four years. I have been a federal employee for almost twenty years. Although I currently work as a manager in a land management agency, I have worked in a variety of career fields that have broadened my perspectives. While my professional background contributes to my knowledge, this blog was created to share my personal perspectives of the world, allow others to share their perspectives, and to provide information about psychological research relevant to the topics of discussion.
